Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Craft Spire Global, every piece is handcrafted with precision and care. Since most items are custom-made, our refund/cancellation policies are as follows:

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing info@craftspireglobal.com.
• After 24 hours, cancellations are not allowed since crafting begins.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are processed only if the order is canceled within the permitted time frame.
• If payment was deducted but the order was not processed, a full refund will be initiated.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Replacement & Damaged Products

• If the product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
• We will arrange for a replacement or resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Customized marble idols or paintings are non-refundable once the order is processed.
• Minor variations due to handmade craftsmanship will not be eligible for refunds.
